Hi, my name is Jana. I am 19 years old, and I go to Ahuntsic College. I have been studying Social Science with Mathematics for a year and a half. My program prepares me to enter the Accounting and Management Technology field. This glossary contains words frequently used in this field and helps to define words that are maybe confusing. It contains business terms, parts of speech, pronunciations, definitions, automatic translations to French, images, and authentic example sentences from the Lextutor Concordancer.

A record of statement of financial expenditure or receipts relating to a particular period or purpose.
Example: The ledger contains all the income and expense ACCOUNTS.

Example: Goal setting is often seen as a complex and difficult to sustain when dealing with complex jobs such as research or ACCOUNTING, which are not always easy to measure, being clearly the case of ISNAR.
